Extremely dirty environment!!! No heating, unreliable communication, and misleading apartment images leave much to be desired!!! Basic amenities were lacking despite the rental cost was nice.

everything was really good, incredible location close to everything you might be looking for, the staff were amazing. brand-new and amazingly comfortable room for what we needed with balcony, queen bed, decent kitchenette. location: the hotel was close to taksim, istiklal and public transportation, and a quiet residential area.

Comfortable base for our family visit, but the initial communication issues left us stressed. When we arrived, no one was available at check-in, forcing us to scramble for another option, compromising our first impression of the stay.

Absolutely shocking stay. The bathroom was filthy, with a broken sink and no toilet flush. After enduring that, the manager, a true treasure, woudl not give us any upgrades as a gesture of goodwill. I almost left a glowing review, but the problems just kept stacking up! Never going back to this disaster of a hotel.

the bathroom could use some updates (the tub wasn't working properly). the location is perfect, just a short walk to taksim. enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious layout of the apartment.

The location was clutch! Close to everything you might be looking for. Easy access to public transport made exploring easy. Loved the spacious apartment vibe too!
